Microphone recordings in a normal room, not a booth, because that is where you will be talking. Clamp force measured and then re-checked after a long session. Software evaluated on whether the headset works properly without it installed.

Comfort is the whole thing

Weight matters less than pressure distribution. A 320g headset with a wide, soft band is more comfortable than a 260g one that concentrates its clamp on two points. If you wear glasses, this difference is the entire buying decision.

Wireless or wired

Wireless is worth it if you get up often. If you do not, wired gives better sound for the money and removes an entire category of problem.
